Job Summary:  The Operations Training Coordinator will research, create, and facilitate different training documents and programs for our Holstein Door Facility.

Essential Work Duties:

  • Facilitate required training for all newly hired team members.
  • Analyze production training needs
  • Evaluate resources needed to attain development goals
  • Partner with managers to implement training courses to improve skills
  • Develop production training courses and curricula
  • Evaluate trainees for effectiveness of training and employee knowledge gains
  • Follows up with employees and department managers to ensure skill performance is standardized and sustained
  • Provide progress reporting to managers with measurements of training needs and results
  • Convert Standard Operating Procedures and machine processes into progressive computer-based training
  • Provide general support for team members as needed
  • Facilitate courses for floor trainers to reinforce knowledge gains via visual and kinesthetic training
  • Administer Learning Management System
  • Monitor training procedures and course effectiveness and update curricula as needed
  • Partner with department and develop cross-training matrix to ensure departmental and process-driven training depth



  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment desired
  • Experience developing and facilitating training and presentations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to flex hours when working with first, second, and third shift operations
  • Knowledge in computer-based course design
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with people at all levels within the organization
  • A Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 2+ years of relatable work experience
