The Cards Services Representative will perform functions including but not limited to credit card, debit card and ATM card back office processing in addition to any new initiatives added.

  • Performs debit, ATM and credit card functions, including disputes, charge backs and charge offs  
  • Performs card maintenance, case management, limit increases/decreases, and balance transfers  
  • Must maintain and secure confidential member information  
  • Completes research and adjustments  
  • Responsible for document management related to scanning and archiving member documentation  
  • Responsible for testing the Core system updates and releases on an on-going basis  
  • Works in collaboration and partnership with other team members    


  • High School diploma or equivalent, Associates degree preferred; equal job experience may be considered  
  • Experience with Microsoft office is required  
  • Demonstrates the ability to maintain and secure confidential member information  
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a financial environment required with strong knowledge of card products and services, Reg E & Reg Z  
  • Proven experience with prioritizing workload based on mandatory requirements and member service level agreements  
  • Proven excellence in problem resolution and process improvement skills  
  • Detail oriented and possess above average organizational, and communication skills  
  • Strong analytical skills required with a high degree of accuracy  
  • Ability to work flexible hours is required  
  • Ability to multi-task in other areas of the unit  
  • Team-oriented
