Job Description

This position will be responsible for all the technical operational accounting duties within one of their specialized accounting groups. This is also a well-rounded position where you will handle specific general ledger entries, accurate and timely reporting, internal controls, GAAP reporting management reporting, and audit coordination. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Manage financial trend analysis as it relates specifically to the line of business

  • Coordinate monthly accruals and communicate to Divisional Accounting as needed

  • Maintain control procedures to follow SOX compliance and preform risk reviews

  • Ensure accuracy of data for financial reporting and special projects

  • Prepare the annual budget for the department and monitor variances quarterly


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience

  • CPA is preferred as well as experience in public accounting

  • Leadership experience managing a team

  • High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills
