ASG Project Coordinator
The ASG Project Coordinator will coordinate and dispatch technical resources for nationwide professional services engagements. This position will plan site installations, schedule resources, manage onsite escalations, track hours and budget, review deliverables and maintain quality control for Field Services projects. This position interacts with internal and external resources as well as Customers daily. This individual will work closely with Subcontractors, Sales, Customers and Project Delivery teams to ensure project success. This position reports to the Manager of ASG Services in our SHI Austin Texas, office location.

Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
- Proactively manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple, large scale projects from beginning to end, including client interaction and expectations
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans
- Evaluate potential technical resources prior to work assignment
- Plan, schedule and track field service technicians at customer sites
- Review and approve field dispatch work orders and payment to technicians upon site completion
- Effectively communicate expectations to project resources and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Assists in coordination of product delivery tracking
- Conducts regularly scheduled status calls
- Identify issues and provide recommended resolution in responding to projects
- Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support client contracts
- Manage documentation and billing through project management platform
Qualifications:
Required
- 1+ years' experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting in an IT or Helpdesk Environment
- Familiarity with basic IT hardware
- Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
Preferred
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent industry experience
Required Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Ability to manage shifting demands and timelines thinking through analytical and problem solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Competent and proficient in Microsoft Office product
- Proficient with?Microsoft Office products
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience dispatching and managing onsite resource
- 1099 marketplace experience
- A+ and/or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
- Project management experience
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications
Additional Information:
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
