Sales Support/ Customer ServiceCompensation:
$15.00 to $17.00 hourly
OfficeTeam is searching for a dynamic Sales Support detail oriented for a reputable Fortune 500 company.
Summary of Position:
Provides customer service and sales support to clients and internal sales team.
• Provide customer service regarding any operational issues via phone and/or email.
• Coordinate issue resolution between customer and appropriate internal staff members (contract administration, payroll, billing, etc.)
• Audit files and reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Help team meet sales goals related to orders and customer service, and monitor progress toward the goals.
• Create, update, or maintain various reports regarding issues, orders, and sales results.
• Any other projects or tasks as assigned.
• At least 2 years of previous customer service experience
• Proficient computer skills a MUST
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to resolve problems successfully; willingness to “go the extra mile” for the customer
• Self-starting, dependable, accepts ownership, drives own goals/performance
• Flexible in scheduling and available for overtime as needed
