CAD Technician - Primary Responsibilities:
- Work on a team to assist in site civil design for development or redevelopment projects.
- Utilize computer aided drafting (CAD) techniques in Civil3D to prepare detailed civil engineering drawings for site grading, drainage, paving and utilities (storm drain, domestic and fire water, sanitary sewer) for commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, and residential developments.
- Maintain CAD standards and procedures for the firm and assist other team members.
- Contact governing agencies for plan submittal requirements.
- Process civil engineering plans with governing agencies for review/approval.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Pay range: $20/hr - $27/hr+ dependent on experience
CAD Technician - Skills and Requirements:
- An Associate's Degree in civil engineering from a U.S. accredited university or will have completed a technical program at a technical school.
- 1 year of applicable experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D software is needed.
- Experience with Deltek Vision is preferred.
- Applicable U.S. based work experience.
