UMB's Corporate Trust Compliance team supports the Corporate Trust group by performing account review, monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulations, and producing account summaries and reports as needed. This team is essential to our success in ensuring UMB follows the proper procedures to avoid any potential risk, and therefore mitigating any losses that could be incurred by UMB.

The Corporate Trust department within Institutional Banking has a variety of compliance functions which require a working knowledge of Corporate Trust documents, different product types, clients and procedures. The Compliance Analyst performs non-client facing compliance functions and/or administrative processes which require a centralized control and/or review element.

Working in the Corporate Trust Compliance team can be exciting, challenging, collaborative, and goal oriented. The team is spread out across the UMB footprint and therefore each specialist works independently to meet individual review goals. However the team meets regularly as a group via video conference and focuses on a team culture of constant sharing, connecting, and partnership. There is always a partner ready to help. The Corporate Trust Compliance team is also part of the overall Corporate Trust team and participates in regular department meetings, training sessions provided, and team building activities.

**_How you'll spend your time:_**

+ You will maintain & manage centralization of filing of UCCs as required for Corporate Trust accounts

+ You will also manage & monitor client tax records and reporting and serve as liaison between Corporate Trust and Corporate Tax

+ You will assist in the review and validation of W-8 tax forms by working with the Corporate Tax group

+ You will review and monitor CIP for opening of new accounts

**_We're excited to talk with you if:_**

+ You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

+ You have three (3) years' work experience in Corporate Trust or related area

+ You have basic bond issuance documents (i.e. Municipal Ordinances, Resolutions and Orders) and related debt financing methods working knowledge

**_Bonus Points if you:_**

+ Possess working knowledge of KYC as well as BSA/AML

+ Possess basic W8 knowledge as well as UCCs

The pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is typically $59,598 to $99,330 annually. The selected candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, including but not limited to work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay for the selected candidate may be above or below this range. The successful candidate will also be eligible to participate in one or more incentive plans based on company and individual performance

**Compensation Range:**

Minimum: $54,180.00 - Mid Point: $72,240.00 - Maximum: $90,300.00
