$125,000 - $140,000/Year

Our client, a global company that provides risk, security, medical assessment, technology and workforce solutions to organizations across most industries on a global and national scale. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to join their team!



Salary/Hourly Rate:

$125,000 – $140,000+ annual performance bonus



Position Overview:

Marketing Manager is a newly created position within a smaller division of global company; Looking for a Manager to focus on key growth areas across digital, channel growth, lead generation, US campaign intelligence and delivery, and ensuring brand messaging is consistent on a national level for brand recognition and awareness.



Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

  • Ideating and delivering brand campaigns that drive lead generation, database CRM growth, identifying and implementing digital, print, and in-person best practices and opportunities to maximize ROI
  • Conduct key research and analysis (business, markets, verticals, competitors, etc.)
  • Manage content creation across integrated marketing channels — digital, video, print
  • Provide recommendations for lead generation through campaigns and identifying network events & conferences to maximize brand awareness
  • Ensure alignment on branding and ensure all national marketing materials and communication adhere to global corporate identity
  • Lead development and execution of lead generation, database/CRM growth utilization, and brand awareness across all digital channels through execution
  • Conceptualize new ideas and identify key marketing channels through market research and evaluate best approach from a market and financial standpoint, and project manage digital initiatives
  • Perform regular marketing performance tracking analysis and integrate recommendations into the design phase through delivery as part of continuous improvement process to maximize ROI
  • Develop tools and reports to track progress on marketing activities as per marketing strategic plans against KPI metrics targets
  • Perform A/B tests to improve success and ROI on digital campaigns


Qualifications for the Marketing Manager:

  • 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
  • Experience in a fast-moving organization where a flexible, energetic approach is essential; global setting experience ideal
  • Proven experience in digital marketing from ideation through tactical execution, and ability to identify and implement best practices knowledge
  • Software: Microsoft Office, Salesforce Cloud, and Eloqua or similar platforms


Education Requirements:

  • Qualification in marketing, communications, IT, media and/or related discipline
