A stable healthcare organization in beautiful southern California is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to be the Manager of the Behavioral Health Program. The PhD or PsyD will lead all outpatient substance disorder programs, administer the Clinical Psychology training program and strategically plan this programs growth and future developments. The Manager Behavioral Health may also lead individual or group therapy sessions, provide patient assessments and consult with other Psychologists. The PhD or PsyD that takes on this position will enjoy the administrative tasks of department budgeting, regulatory compliance and human resources tasks associated with any leadership position.
The Clinical Psychologist Behavioral Health Program Manager will be part of a dynamic team that provides care in a inpatient Behavioral Health Unit, inpatient GeroPsychiatric Unit, outpatient Crisis Stabilization Unit, and newly opened Recovery Center! The Clinical Psychologist training program includes both Pre-doctoral Psychology Internships and Post-doctoral Psychology Fellowships.
