Mortgage Loan Officer (Hard Money)

LBC Capital Income Fund is a private mortgage debt fund, and we are looking for Hard Money Account Executives and Loan Officers to work remotely or on-site. We are looking for proven producers who want to supplement their conventional and non-QM experience with Hard Money products. We will train you and give you the product to sell so you can go back to making money.

We have been doing loans for 20 years. We make sure that our loan officers get deals closed!

We are a one stop shop, our sister company does all Non-QM Loans, Conventional, Government loans, Bank Statements, P&L, VOE, DSCR, Foreign Citizen loans and more.

On consumer side, we are currently licensed in CA, FL, TX, WA, IL, and NC.

Will be a plus: active NMLS license, Hard Money experience.

Compensation package:
