2nd Shift Engagement Specialist/Account Manager Come join the Kelly Services team as we look for someone to step in and provide talent and customer support. You will be part of our dynamic local team that provides staffing support to a large local client. No one day will be the same. We need someone who doesn-t mind working nights or is willing to work nights through our busy season, if this is the right opportunity for you, then we can discuss first shift opportunities after our busy season. 2nd shift hours will vary depending on the time of year, but a good example would be noon-9pm. GED or HS Diploma is required. Some of your responsibilities will include: - Onboard new employees - Engage with talent and work towards reducing turnover - Build client relationships through delivering top customer service - Work with client and talent to provide a safe working environment - Provide other account management responsibilities as needed This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to break into recruiting, account management, sales or operations management.
