ABOUT THE JOB
Goldsmith Center is a Residential Treatment Facility that serves emotionally vulnerable boys ages 12-21, who are challenged by trauma-related and psychiatric issues. The RTFs provide supervised living units and programs of therapeutic and educational services that emphasize family interaction and strengthening of community support networks.
The Jewish Board is seeking an Administrator on duty at our Westchester location. An Admin on Duty, is an essential administrator responsible for the supervision and guidance of all milieu staff, ensuring that proper coverage is maintained and that all program staff and clients are accounted for and the milieu is safe and violence free. As an integral part of the treatment team, the AOD will ensure that all necessary therapeutic interventions determined by the clinical team are carried out.
The Administrator on Duty (AOD) will be responsible for ensuring client safety and the security of the program’s grounds, cottages, buildings, and offices.
