Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals
2. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives to drive performance and meet targets
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term business success
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
5. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
2. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
5. US work authorization and availability to work in Gilroy, CA

Compensation

$70,000 - $90,000 yearly
