- Research, prepare forms needed for Personal History Interviews and process within an appropriate time frame.
- Send client notifications via email/texting.
- Supports department and follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Responsible for performing data entry to prepare cases for medical history interviews. This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Primary customers are external clients, underwriters and advisers. This position includes a multitude of business deliverable's that have direct impact on the Life New Business and Underwriting cycle time.
