Working as a Weidner Leasing Consultant is different than any other job. You are the heart of the community and create genuine connections with residents, making a difference in their day. You will enjoy interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. As a Weidner Leasing Consultant, you will have the opportunity to create a neighborhood within your community.
Responsibilities:
* Present the community and apartments to potential residents
* Work with community vendors
* Host community events that bring the residents together
* Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy
* Maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years' experience in sales or customer service
* Ability to connect with others easily
* Ability to laugh and uplift the lives of others
* Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Valid and current US driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
