SierTek Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Administrative Assistant to support an opportunity for the corporate office in Beavercreek, OH.

Position Overview:

The Administrative Assistant will provide a wide range of administrative support for SierTek's corporate office.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provide clerical, technical, and administrative assistance in the daily operations of our corporate office.
  • Provide support with the administrative management of executive correspondence, identifying administrative processes or procedural changes, and for developing improved procedures for implementation directorate-wide.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and also maintain the conference room schedule.
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and also the hiring process.
  • Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable as required. Responsible for maintaining documentation
  • Provides support of time reporting, submission, and timesheet database.

Minimum Position Requirements

  • Should be well-versed in managing office processes, and can effectively deal with a variety of personnel within and outside the organization, well-organized, detail oriented, and proactive.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Sharepoint.
