Job Classification: Full-Time Regular

Immediate need for an Executive Assistant for a Non-Profit. This is a full-time, permanent, in-office position. Our client will pay up to $70K's and benefits.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Detail-oriented, multi-tasker ability to act in a professional welcoming manner in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written skills.
  • Maintains confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; and PowerPoint. Ability to conduct online research.
  • At least 3 years as an Executive Assistant. Must have prior experience working for a CEO or executive in a not-for-profit setting.
  • Experience working with a Board of Directors and setting up events and meetings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the point of contact for the President, and provide administrative support including meeting logistics, scheduling, managing professional interactions, communications, Board and Committee management, and coordination of occasional travel arrangements.
  • Manage President’s calendar to accommodate shifting priorities; ensure all parties impacted by required changes are treated with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Liaise with all levels of the organization and outside professional contacts.
  • Ability to maintain good relationships with representatives from foundations, governmental agencies, Board members, staff and boards of outside organizations, etc.
  • Ensure that workflow is handled for maximum efficiency. Be proactive in anticipating needs of the President.
  • Manage key projects such as major fundraising appeals, special events etc. working with other staff.
