What we are looking for : 
We are looking for an innovative and creative Conversational UI Dialogue Designer to assist in the build-out of chatbots – As a Conversational Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the personality and conversational flow of chatbots to ensure customers receive a ‘human’experience. By partnering with our Training and Development Teams , you will leverage your extensive creative writing background to script and structure responses that are free flowing and natural, and aligned with the desired bot  persona. With the customer journey and experience at the forefront of everything you do, you’ll help decide the most appropriate next action and language necessary to produce an exceptional customer interaction- all while developing a bot  personality that is engaging and memorable!
 
What you’ll be doing : 
•         Script the customer conversation  and process flows to ensure that knowledge and responses are delivered in a meaningful and natural format
•         Author all bot  responses using process established
•         Applying creativity to ensure the bot  responds in a fashion that aligns with the intended persona
•         Help ‘train’ the bot  to deliver meaningful and accurate responses.  Make edits to content as required
•         Partner with Training and Development Teams  to shape and structure the data in a way that will address the questions and problems presented to the bot  with accuracy and efficiency
•         Collaborate with bot  technical, consulting, and knowledge teams to develop a solution that exceeds customer expectations
 
What skills you’ll need :
Motivation, Passion, Integrity.  Those are just some of the attributes valued at TeleTech.  Of course, there are some other requirements too.  These include :
•         2 Years in a creative writing and/or linguistics role
•         Experience or knowledge of artificial intelligence, speech recognition technologies, or machine learning
•         Experience with speech recognition systems a plus
•         Experience with IBM Watson preferred
•         Strong creative writing skills/ natural language/ script writing experience
•         Excellent communication skills
•         Experience in working with cross-functional teams

  •          Bachelor’s level degree in an English related program preferred
