Providence Place-Skilled & Rehabilitative Care
Providence Place is a 45-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitative care center located on the campus of Providence Medical Center. Providence Place offers a skilled and intermediate level of care to meet residents' needs, for a short-term (less than 30 days) stay. Residents enjoy a home-like atmosphere where the focus is on the individual.
Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse provides direct care in the skilled nursing care setting. Communicates with physicians / Nurse Director / Co-workers, as appropriate about changes in the patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.

Qualifications
Education and Work Experience
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Previous acute or subacute care hospital experience preferred.
