Essentials include 219 rooms with 52 suites; three full-service offerings for dining and drink; a boutique spa and fitness experience focused on wellness, a variety of spaces for events, including the 14,000 square foot National Ballroom; plus stunning skyline views from the 2 acre 9th floor pool deck, which houses a long list of unparalleled amenities.

Spa Supervisors form a professional and operational partnership with spa management. This requires a comprehensive knowledge of all spa positions and their function, and includes furthering guest relations, managing payroll, scheduling, promoting safety and sanitation, and other administrative duties.
This supervisory role supports staff development, addresses associate interests, and plays an active role in achieving a positive work environment. Our Spa Supervisor will be responsible for the guest experience. This role will directly support our receptionist. Ensuring all details are met with check in, check out, arrival details, and overall guest satisfaction. Our Spa Supervisor will oversee the retail experience, inventory management, restocking and new implementation.

* Experience in a hotel environment and Spa is preferred.
