Customer Experience Advocate

In the Customer Experience Advocate role at Panduit, your primary mission will be to deliver top-notch service as you respond to internal and external B to B customer inquiries from a variety of channels including phone, email, fax, and/or chat, and care for them from initial contact to resolution. In this vital role, you will receive highly developed training to become an expert on our product offerings, solutions, and product maintenance, and, as a result, you will be able to seamlessly answer questions, resolve problems, and ensure that customer inquiries are met with a high level of satisfaction. The goal of this role is to provide transparency and preemptive solutions to customers on their orders and requests while delivering a frictionless customer experience. As a Customer Experience Advocate in Tinley Park, IL, located in our WHQ Service Center, you will apply your knowledge and expertise of the Panduit product and solution suite to be the point of resolution for internal and external customer inquiries, troubleshooting, and overall order management. Leverage your high sense of urgency with your strong written/verbal communication skills, as well as, strong listening skills as you communicate with our internal/external customers to service their requests through completion.  Your account team experience with serve you well as you support and partner with our internal sales team by providing pricing information, lead identification, sample requests, etc., further meeting the needs of our customers. 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A preferred Associates Degree focusing on Business or Engineering, or five years of related experience
  • Capability of transacting in business systems like: Oracle, SAP, or Dynamics
  • Proficiency with MS office suite (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong critical thinking ability

The ability to work effectively and multi-task in this fast-paced environment will be the key to success as you masterfully navigate incoming calls, emails, fax, and chat inquiries ensuring a timely and efficient resolution. Equally important is your attention to detail and compassion for people as you monitor and maintain your work list, executing solutions for problems that are plaguing our devoted customers. Having a self-motivated, “go-getter” mentality will allow you to add immediate value in this role.
