Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Level IV Analyst to execute analytical tasks utilizing both analytical techniques and processes for the Statement of Work within their specific functional/task area. The Analyst will be responsible for developing and utilizing analytical tools, techniques, processes and procedures for technical and/or administrative support activities. The successful candidate will have, and be able to apply, excellent oral and written communication skills.

This position is in support of the Missile Defense Agency. Locations include: Redstone Arsenal AL, Ft Belvoir VA, Dahlgren VA, Quantico VA, Schriever AFB CO, Kirtland AFB NM, Vandenberg SFB CA, Ft Greely AK, Elmendorf AFB AK, PMRF HI.

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum of 12 years' experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs / projects
* Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree relevant to the Security/CI fields preferred
* Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems
* Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams

Clearance Requirements:

* Secret to TS with SCI eligibility

OTHER: Level IV Analyst types available, with same basic qualifications unless stated otherwise:

Acquisition Program Protection:

Included within the minimum 12 years' experience listed above, the applicant must have:

* Over 5 years DoD Acquisition Security experience; SwA experience; DoD Intelligence/Security Analyst experience (Position dependent)
* Over 5 years' experience organizing and leading multi-disciplined security teams
* Over 5 years' experience coordinating policy/technical issues with outside agencies/OSD level coordination
* Experience with controlling highly competitive information via secure techniques
* Experience or education adaptable to analytical document review within the DoD
* Demonstrable ability to interact with and provide support/assistance to customers

Certifications:

* Trained as a MDA Quality, Safety and Mission Assurance inspector within 6 months and subject to course availability (Position Dependent)
* Trained as an Industrial Security Assessment inspector (Position Dependent)
* HRRDR Certified within 1 month of hire (Position Dependent)

Security and Emergency Management:

Included within the minimum 12 years' experience listed above, the applicant must have:

* No less than 5 years' DOD Security Analyst experience
* No less than 5 years' experience organizing and leading multi-disciplined security teams
* No less than 5 years' experience coordinating policy/technical issues with outside agencies/OSD level coordination
* Experience with controlling highly competitive information via secure techniques
* Possesses demonstrable Inspection skills that include identifying requirements, assessing compliance, and proper reporting techniques
* Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems
* Must be able to provide daily supervision and direction to support teams

International Security:

* Same basic requirements

Counterintelligence:

* Certifications: Must be formally CI trained and certified to USD/ I approved standards pursuant to DoD Directive 5240.02

Intelligence Analysis and Production:

Preferred Qualifications:

* Microsoft Office Specialist Expert certification
* Current Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC)
