Inbound Customer Service/Help Desk

Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls to assist customers in resolving their digital tablet issues. Analyze problems and provide information/solutions. Exercise discretion and judgment in determining and implementing appropriate action. Uses computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Customer service or call center experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience resolving issues in a customer service environment. Enthusiastic, high energy, positive approach to solving problems. Computer savvy. Hourly: $15.00/hour Shifts available: - 7:00 am - 4:00 pm - 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm Candidates will need to be able to work on Saturdays with Sundays off, and one other day off during the week. This is a 60 day contract with a potential to go longer. Customer is located on the north side of Indianapolis.
