Excellent opportunity to join a new type of trading firm with an entrepreneurial approach, who are dedicated to statistical research through open, collaborative innovation. Come and work with some of the smartest, motivated people in the industry as a Software Engineer on the Build & Automation team.
They're looking a talented individual with strong Python knowledge and a background in development and CI/CD. You will work closely with researchers and other technologists to identify requirements and swiftly respond by building and deploying new strategies. You'll also be tasked with optimizing and automating infrastructure processes, and designing/developing tools to improve workflow.
To be successful in this role, you will have outstanding communication skills and attention to detail, with a track record of writing clear, maintainable, portable code. If you're always striving to improve the team and processes you're working with, this is the role for you!

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with great Python skills
- Expertise in build systems in Linux
- Proficiency working with git
- Good working knowledge of C++
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Always looking for ways to automate workflow for increased efficiency
- Trading experience would be ideal
