Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is looking for a HR Operations Coordinator  for our client in San Mateo. This is a great opportunity to join an amazing team! HR Operations Coordinator •    Conduct all onboarding activities (provide communications and documents on offer acceptance, coordinate with external background verification partner, keep internal clients informed, conduct new employee orientation, etc.) •    Ensure that new hire packet content is current and up-to-date, including application, I-9, brochures, etc. •    Handle all offboarding activities (prepare separation documents, coordinate with external departments, etc.) •    Process employee information changes in HRIS system (payroll changes, address changes, tax withholdings, etc.). •    Manage and maintain all employee data in internal systems, including personal documentation, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day transactions  •    Ensure data integrity by way of driving best practices through systems/tools, processes, auditing, and internal tracking  Requires 3-5 years related experience.   We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
