Compensation: $30,000.00 to $40,000.00 per year

The Business affairs/Finance associate is responsible for assisting the Business Managers in managing Productions for television, radio, interactive and video. They are also responsible for working closely with finance team in managing financial aspects of production work. Major Responsibilities/Primary Functions: Assist Business Manager and Producers in processing production projects including: Opening new projects in various systems Managing project checklists Setting up 3rd party vendors Generate ad-id codes Collect and upload important documentation to server Entering production estimates into system Manage various internal trackers Attend meetings pertaining to production projects and take notes Assist 3rd party Finance OPS team in processing financial aspects of production projects including: Field vendor inquires on payment status Upload vendor invoices into register Assist with collecting client aging invoices Verify and approve vendor invoices in accordance with issued purchase orders ** If interested please email your updated resume to [Click Here to Email Your Resumé] **

Job Requirements

Qualifications, Distinguishing Characteristics and Special Requirements: A bachelor's degree with some finance courses is preferred Interest in learning about all types of production work Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook Must be comfortable with working in highly stressful situations, while remaining solution oriented Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, clients and vendors Requirements:Partner of the Broadcast Producer whose team is 6-7 producers.
