Program Manager owns execution strategy, implementation and change management for key initiatives/program by partnering with business leads and enterprise groups. The Program Manager will have superior strategic, analytical and presentation skills and be able to articulate at a strategic level. Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: ensuring that program vision and goals are defined, communicated and successfully pursued while working across multiple cross-functional teams (often spanning across multiple products); day to day management of the entire program which includes managing the inter-program dependencies, risk and driving program-level deliverables, schedules and resources; Participation from program teams is facilitated and ensured to establish shared objectives; promote collaboration and coordination between teams as they work towards a successful outcome; Progress is tracked at the program level using higher-abstraction requirements; features, capabilities and epics. The program manager is responsible for maintaining transparency around program communication and artifacts and ensures program metrics are reported consistently back to Leadership and Business Leads ; Partner with business and Product Manager to define shared vision and roadmap for the program; Translate portfolio and product strategy into program-level features and capabilities; Drive workflow mapping according to the defined business processes; Drive solutioning design with Business, Products Management and Architecture as needed; Guide estimating at early stages and higher levels of abstraction in support of release planning. 6-9 years? experience in Primary Skill. Experience with other financial services clients preferred.
