About the Role
FTI Consulting's Telecom, Media, and Technology (TMT) services include arbitration, litigation, mediation, risk analysis, settlement negotiation and associated analytical support. Our experts have testified in hundreds of proceedings on a broad range of technical and financial areas across the engineering, operations and regulation of wireline and wireless service providers, satellite companies, broadband spectrum holders, and media & entertainment companies.
What You'll Do
A Director in TMT Dispute Advisory is responsible for managing, processing, and analyzing information to develop solutions for external clients.
* Perform quantitative and statistical analyses and conduct studies as required by internal and external clients
* Develop and manage database systems from large datasets
* Prepare written testimony and supporting documentation
* Utilize geographic information systems to analyze spatial relationships within and between networks
* Assist others in defining data requirements for various efforts
* Communicate findings with clients and external stakeholders including presentation preparation

Basic Qualifications
* 4+ years of related experience in the telecom industry or management consulting
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Operations Research or Statistics
* Experience with analytical software, including databases, spreadsheets, geographical information systems, and SQL
* Experience with econometrics or statistics and associated tools
* The ability to communicate succinctly both orally and in writing
* This role requires travel to clients and FTI offices
