Collabera is looking to fill a Helpdesk Technician opportunity with one of our clients in Charlotte, NC
Role: Helpdesk Technician
Location : Charlotte, NC
Duration: 3 Months + contract to hire
The hours for this position will be 8:30 PM through 7:30 AM, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights.
•This position has frequent contact with helpdesk customers, peers, and managers.
•Provide quality telephone support for ISS hardware and software related issues, with a high degree of customer satisfaction and in a timely manner.
•Perform research, resolve, and respond to highly complex questions in accordance with current standards.
•Responsible for monitoring Batch Jobs, General Network Connectivity, Server Availability and creating Incidents for all failures.
•Responsible for assisting the DevOps team by running and/or rerunning Batch Jobs in the Job Scheduling system, working with Production Objects to fix errors, and other Operational duties as trained and documented.
•Assist the Helpdesk Lead Technician with analysis and reporting of the activities of the support processes.
•Monitoring Production Systems, Networks and Job Scheduler.
