Transition Specialist Job Duties include, but aren't limited to: Providing transition assessments (Interest and career inventories, aptitudes, work skills) to all students. Maintaining a "Transition Profile" for each student. Collaborates with community businesses to establish work experience and shadowing opportunities. Use a transition goal generator to assist with goal setting. Post-Secondary Planning Facilitate virtual tours career interest of students Facilitate tours of workplace settings and/ or post-secondary institutions Provide a list of work experience opportunities in the community. Other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements
Education:: Bachelors Degree in Education preferred Previous experience working with  students in residential treatment centers.
