Meta is looking for a strategic and results-driven partnerships professional who is passionate about the way Meta Inc. can work with technology partners and businesses to build valuable messaging product experiences for people. This role requires a high level of creativity and strategic thinking as this individual will play an integral part at Meta to our North America Partner relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with our world-class WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger & IG-Direct products as part of the partnerships organization, and engaging with some of the world's most influential companies. In addition to those teams, you will work cross-functionally with the Product, Engineering, Programs, Policy, Legal, Marketing and the Operations teams to develop new capabilities, improve user experience, and make our partners successful. This individual will have strong strategy, sales, negotiation and partner management skills. This is a full time position and will report into the NA Channel Sales Leader, Business Messaging Partnerships.

Strategic Partnerships Manager, Business Messaging Responsibilities

* Help drive the Business Messaging Platform's product strategy through strategic partnerships with partners and clients
* Foster win-win partnerships between Meta and partner companies
* Own direct and active relationships with partners, including proactively resolving business issues and serving as an internal advocate
* Find and negotiate marketing related partnership opportunities
* Develop, track, analyze, execute against partner account plans, and communicate key quantitative metrics internally and to partners
* Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, business development, policy, legal, marketing, and PR to launch WhatsApp, Messenger & IG-Direct Platform products and partnerships
* Help drive product and platform strategy by forming strategic partnerships with Business Solution Providers and clients
* Represent Meta and provide thought leadership in partner meetings with executives from other partner companies
* Displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics
* Willingness and ability to travel 20% of the time

Minimum Qualifications

* BA/BS degree
* 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a partner facing, partner management or equivalent function
* Fluency in English
* Experience collaborating, relationship-building and developing working relationships at all levels of management, both internal and external

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience partnering, selling with or selling through marketplaces
* Proven track record of organizational, creative, and strategic-thought leadership
* Experience with C-level priorities with U.S. companies
* Experience with digital and lifecycle marketing
* Resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
* Experience understanding Meta's mission, products and mobile applications
* Experience initiating and successfully identifying new business opportunities, negotiating agreements and managing relationships
* Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
* Strategic experience and communication skills
