Banking Reconciliations Analyst
Russell Tobin is seeking an experience Bank Reconcilations Analyst with 2+ years experience to support a client in the Banking Industry on a 6 month engagement based in Jersey City.
The Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the client onboarding, associated parties onboarding, tax form collection, client static data processes within Issuer Services, vault count, and oversight of reconciliations performed by offshore staff. The job includes performing of centralized functions to support client account maintenance. The analyst will be required to work collaboratively across various client onboarding teams globally and locally to ensure timely turnaround to support tight deadline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business (ie. Finance, Accounting, Economics
- 2 years Reconciliations experience
- High Level Excel (VLookups and Pivot Tables) proficiency
