How you will help

As the Director, Commercial Operations, you will lead the sales operations, market research and contracts teams to develop actionable analytics and processes to drive our revenue. You will develop key metrics to determine our addressable market and the key strategies to measure performance. You are passionate about process improvement for growth. You will assist in the development of our compensation plans, manage and expand our sales training capabilities, and be a mentor and coach for your team, identifying their strengths and supporting their growth.

What you will do

  • Drive data-driven decision processes throughout the commercial organization to drive our rhythm of business
  • Lead high priority commercial initiatives such as revenue process optimization
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of commercial tools to drive operational efficiencies
  • Lead a commercial operations team including Sales Operations and Contract management to oversee operational efficiencies and scale capabilities
  • Provide insight, knowledge, and coaching to build and develop operations team
  • Development TAM, SAM analytics for our channels and Tier one accounts
  • Develop and implement regular reporting of key performance metrics such as forecasting, funnel analysis, and addressable market segmentation
  • Develop sales enablement to create playbooks, trainings, and related materials for our client-facing roles

  • Passionate about process improvement and sales support
  • Organized, thoughtful and detail oriented
  • Proven project management skills, including ability to inspire and motivate across teams to achieve team objectives
  • Strong oral/written communications skills including communicating to senior leadership
  • Ability to establish productive relationships at all levels of the organization including sales, marketing, finance and product
  • Strategic thinker - can see big picture opportunities and translate them into actionable plans that will scale as we grow
  • Highly motivated change agent that can motivate others to new ideas and new ways of working

Desired skills and experience

  • 5+ years in a commercial, sales, or revenue operations role
  • Relevant enterprise software or healthcare technology experience
  • Experience in developing a team
  • Expert level proficiency with Salesforce
  • Expert level proficiency with sales engagement & BI tools
  • Excellent analytical and data management skills
  • Excellent listening and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
