Family Law Attorney
Job Details:
Full-time position 2-5 years of legal experience Must be licensed to practice law in PA Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, and mentor program
Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, prenuptial agreements, and domestic violence cases. Draft, review, and file legal documents such as petitions, motions, agreements, and court orders. Represent clients in family court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Conduct thorough legal research and prepare case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
Education and Experience:
Juris Doctorate Degree 2 -5 years of litigation experience Licensed to Practice law in PA Excellent Writing Skills (Law Review Experience is a plus)
