Working as part of the Access Management team, the Access Provisioning Analyst:
1. Monitors email inboxes and application queues for incoming requests
2. Ensures a request has the necessary approvals
3. Completes requests by : connecting to the target system or application, assigning the requested access, completing documentation as required, and notifying the requester.
The successful candidate need not have significant technical experience, but the ability to learn system relationships, terminology, acronyms and processes quickly is critical. (Job aids and OJT are provided.)
The candidate is expected to be able to work quickly and accurately, ask for help when dealing with unfamiliar request conditions, and accommodate changing priorities.
Work is performed onsite in Bloomington, IL in a standard office cubicle, in proximity to teammates, using computer/mouse, email, and telephone. Standard 1st-shift office hours, with some flexibility as to start/finish times.
