RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Project Manager Data Governance in New York City, New York (NY). Responsibilities include:
  • Project Manager will lead facilitator of governance/council level meetings
  • Own and coordinate action items coming out of meetings
  • Plan meeting cadence, define agenda, and develop needed materials for governance meetings
  • As a Project Manager, you will synthesize key findings and recommendations into clear succinct presentations for governance committee and senior leadership
  • Develop strong working relationships and effectively partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization to accomplish goals

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Sciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of data and analytics product/service governance, development, and/or performance management; Or a satisfactory combination of education, training, and experience
  • Excellent project management and organization skill with ability to prioritize multiple tasks through completion
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to summarize information to highlight key issues
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating governance/council level committee meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface effectively with business stakeholders and team members
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an evolving organization and can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
  • Experience working within and managing projects utilizing Agile (SCRUM) preferred
