Customer Service - Student Services Help Desk - $12/hr - Lake Mary Amazing organization in the Lake Mary area is looking for Customer Service - Student Services Help Desk candidates to join their team for a contract assignment! This Customer Service - Student Services Help Desk role will be paying $12/hr! Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule: Sunday-Saturday between the hours of 9AM-10PM. Qualifications for this Customer Service - Student Services Help Desk role will include: strong customer service skills, having strong computer skills, being comfortable on the phones, and being able to type at least 35 WPM. The Customer Service - Student Services Help Desk will be responsible for talking with customers who may have been locked out of their accounts, needing to change their passwords, updating information, etc. The Customer Service - Student Services Help Desk will speak with the customers, help them through their issue, or connect them with someone who may be able to help them.
