Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Assist with clerical duties that have a high attention to detail. Assist in maintaining client files, answering incoming calls and providing support to other internal teams. Other duties include assisting in documentation, participating in various projects, and other clerical duties as needed.



Client Experience

  • Efficiently and timely handles meetings/event.

  • Professionally and courteously handles all internal clients.

Operational Excellence

  • Perform basic support assignments such as template style correspondence, expense reports, meeting planning and preparing, and material distribution.

  • Accurately and timely records departmental information.

  • Schedules travel and maintain travel records.

  • File management, organization.

  • Handles report related tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Provides clerical and administrative support to one or more support functions.

  • Types, files, prepare, & processes invoices, payments and vouchers, and reviews and verifies records.

  • Under direct supervision or within well-defined parameters, ensures timely and accurate performance of responsibilities for a functional area or work group, with work typically reviewed by others.

  • Uses basic problem solving skills to resolve day-to-day administrative issues; guided by standardized policies and procedures.

  • Proactively offers assistance to others.

  • Coordinates efforts with others, seeking assistance and feedback as appropriate.

  • Is flexible and open to suggestions.



Education & Certifications

  • Secondary school (e.g. High School) diploma, General Education Degree (GED)

Experience

  • General office experience.

  • Basic use of standard software packages i.e. Microsoft and Excel.

  • Basic use of e-mail.

  • Communication - communicates well both verbally and in writing,

  • Sense of urgency - prioritizes well, shows energy, reacts to opportunities, instills urgency in others and meets deadlines.

  • Productivity - manages a fair workload, volunteers for additional work, prioritizes tasks and manages time well.
