Who are we looking for?
Business or Computer Science Degree from four-year college or university
Minimum 3 years SAP SD and 3 years project management/implementation experience
PMP certification (recommended)
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to negotiate at the senior level and work cross functionally
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
What will you be doing?
Customer Care and Logistics (Sales & Logistics) Leader will focus on continuous improvement in the CSC and Logistics business functions. Candidate is responsible for ensuring that the business maintains a robust customer-focused Order-to-Bill process and all functions comply with defined business processes and policies across the Global Customer Care and Logistics teams. The candidate will serve as a conduit for maintaining systems integrity and identifying process improvements. Candidate will work closely across all Digital teams to provide state-of-the-art solutions that provide a "friction free" experience for our global Customers.
The position will work closely with the global business leaders in all functions to ensure delivery of enhancements and new efforts contributing to serving our customers and growing our global footprint.
Candidate will be responsible to;
Implement enhanced procedures and streamline business processes
Ensure the highest level of compliance and integrity with Global processes across the global Customer Service and Logistics teams
Determine root cause and corrective action for escalated process gaps
Prioritize and drive simplification and process improvement projects
Identify improvement opportunities and lead efforts to improve processes
Work closely across Supply Chain and all business functions to assist global teams to become knowledgeable of process capabilities
Manage and enhance the Order-To-Bill process and drive continuous improvement to process flows and operational capabilities

Master Data / Pricing
Billing and Invoicing
Standard Parts Management, Chemicals and Equipment
Customer Chemical and Equipment processes
Other Systems Integrations / Electronic Data Interchange
Web based processing capabilities
