We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Front Office Coordinator at our Physical and Occupational Therapy Company - Rehabilitation.
Answer multiline phones
Register patients and schedule appointments
Collecting patient copay, coinsurance, or deductible
Verify patient financial information and explain patient benefits
Verify insurance benefits
Weekly Reporting and Reconciliation
Faxing, filing and perform any other duties assigned
Must have at least 3 years of previous experience in a medical front office
Minimum of 3 years of experience in health-related field; Health insurance knowledge a plus
We are looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team who is a skilled professional with attention to detail and can multitask
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent communication skills
Must be proficient in MS Office products with typing speed minimum of 40wpm
Previous experience with EMR systems a plus
Team player, energetic, with a focus on excellent customer service
Attention to detail
Time Management skills
Must have excellent organizational skills
