Job Description:
Our client, a large non-profit with headquarters in New York, is seeking an Senior Digital Marketing Manager of Annual Giving to join their team.

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
-The creation and implementation of marketing strategies
-Creating and implementing promotional plans to grow audience, build brand awareness, enhance fundraising efforts and inspire prospects and donors to support the organization's mission
-Developing cross-channel Marketing campaigns to meet conversion goals. Campaigns may include: mass market, local and grassroots efforts, estate planning, seasonal and annual appeals
-Monitoring and evaluating the success of various strategies, and implement recommendations for optimization and improvement
-Providing in-depth insights on all campaigns and analytic reports
-Overseeing owned social media channels

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager will have:
-5-7 years of experience
-Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, journalism or related field
-Experience with ideation, strategy, execution and reporting of marketing efforts
-Proven ability to show concrete examples of goals that you have helped develop, set and defined a marketing strategy
-Experience in media planning and buying a plus
-Understanding of paid social ads, specifically knowledge of Facebook Ad Platform
-Understanding of SEM, including Google Ads, Bing and Yahoo
-Fluency in social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, and their in-app analytics tools
-Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
-The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paced environment
