As a Customer Service Representative at our client site, you will answer inbound calls and service customers . Primary responsibilities include:
Answer calls and resolve caller needs Assist with transactions, inquiries, fund transfers, and transfer customers to specialty departments
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer Service Representative jobs are entry level and do not require any previous experience High School Diploma or GED Type 25 WPM Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
The starting pay rate for Customer Service Representative jobs is $15.85-$16.33 per hour, plus overtime as needed.
