An employer is seeking a CATIA Support candidate for a Fortune 50 company in the Cincinnati area. This person will be responsible for end user support for a new user base in the R&D group and needs to understand the work process and the CAD tool. Some issues they may handle include system crashes, troubleshooting, finding and fixing bugs, and creating the right test cases. This person should be able to help find the "common best approach" to any CATIA related user problems and be a subject matter expert.
This person can sit remotely, but will need to travel to Cincinnati roughly 20-40% of the time, depending on releases and project schedules.
5+ years of experience with CATIA support
In-depth understanding of CATIA work process and CAD tool (3DX and CATIA V6)
Knowledge of composite workbench (Sketcher, Shape Design, and Part Design)
Experience using automations in CATIA
