Help Desk Technician

Apex Systems is seeking qualified Help Desk candidates to join the team at one of our largest clients in Overland Park. The selected candidate will join a mid-sized team doing critical work at this large enterprise. This is a perfect jumping off point if you're looking to grow in your IT career, as this client uses these help desk roles to give people a way to move into other areas in the organization (i.e. cyber security, systems administration, etc.).

Requirements

  • At least 2-3  years of over the phone help desk experience
  • Extremely strong customer service skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Experience troubleshooting software (i.e. Outlook) and peripherals (i.e. printers)

Nice to Have

  • Experience deploying and/or troubleshooting Windows10
  • Experience troubleshooting Office365
