Who you are:

• A “people person” who is passionate about the customer experience and helping others 

• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills  

• Ability to adapt, learn and excel in a fast-paced environment 

• Demonstrate conflict resolution and de-escalation skills 

• 18+ years of age 

• High school diploma or equivalent
