Nationally renowned law firm based in Los Angeles is seeking a Litigation Support Manager
in their Downtown Los Angeles office. This position is responsible for distributing work to the paralegals, assessing performance, developing and implementing management strategies and training programs, and overall management of the litigation support team.
The ideal candidate has an in-depth knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and experience distributing work to effectively support litigation. The ideal candidate will also have experience managing the professional development of litigation support personnel, tracking and monitoring the work of their team, developing and implementing training programs and competency testing, and developing individual action plans for team members when performance fall below acceptable standards.
We are seeking someone who has the experience and the initiative to work of the foundation that already exists and continue to build and improve both the performance of their team and the methods of training and evalution.
