Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including:
- Hiring and management of quality staff
- Oversight of budget and financial decisions
- Ensuring high-quality care that is compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
- 2 – 5 years of experience in a sales, operations, dept. supervisor or director level position within healthcare.
- Minimum 1 year hospice experience within the last 5 years.
- Valid driver's license and MUST have reliable personal car for transportation.
- Bachelor’s Degree required - preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or Healthcare Administration Familiarity with P&L’s and budgeting as they pertain to business operations.
- Must be able to articulate knowledge of local, state and federal laws, as well as Medicare regulations as they pertain to Hospice.
