Customer Service Representative

Advanced Resources is currently recruiting for multiple Call Center Representatives with professional and personable attitudes for our client located near Des Plaines. Bilingual Spanish or French a PLUS!

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls from customers and obtaining vital information as to what the situation is.
• Ensuring the customer is safe and assisting them with whatever they need.
• Communicating with outside vendors, if necessary, to ensure the customer's needs are met.
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the customer's needs are met.
• Following up with customers to ensure everything is taken care of.
• Documenting all calls in the client database.

Customer Service Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Strong sense of empathy and professionalism.
• Sense of urgency in solving problems.
• Ability to work any shift Monday - Friday between 6am-8pm
