Our client in Keokuk IA has an opening for a Sr Human Resources Manager to join the team! This position provides strategic and operational support in partnership with business unit and site leadership, plans and implements human resources initiatives designed to maximize organizational effectiveness through talent management processes and job/organization design. ? Lead and fully execute key initiatives that support the company strategy ? Guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs (benefits, pay and salary) administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner ? Must accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans ? Must ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws, regulations, and the CBA (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA) ? Drives organizational initiatives, performance management, talent development, employee engagement, workforce planning, learning and development. Job Requirements

? Bachelor's Degree is in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or Master's Degree; ? Progressive leadership experience with increasing responsibilities and direct reports; ? 5+ years of HR Experience working with a CBA (collective bargaining agreement); ? 10 + years of HR experience with a minimum of 5+ years management experience and proven progression of increase in responsibilities; ? HR Management experience within a Manufacturing environment ? Must possess consultative style and approach with proven ability to develop credible relationships with business partners ? Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present their point of view in varied business situations ? Strong MS Office Skills HR (Human Resources), HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems, HRIS Analysis, HR Compliance, HRIS Conversion, HRIS Implementation, Workday, Payroll - Union, Union Reports, Contract Negotiation, Negotiation, Management, Management Reporting
