Onsite Support Specialist

Overview

The individual is responsible for the focus of tomorrow, they will ensure costumer service relationships between Ciox and Provider sites are met. They will maximize in scheduling efforts and alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the health of past due and under-scheduled locations
  • Answer and handle a high volume of inbound calls
  • Communicate with Provider's on a daily basis
  • Navigate through multiple internal systems
  • Maintain chart realization efforts
  • Manage all Form Site Efforts
  • Daily Reminder Calls and provider reliability
  • Provide servant leadership
  • Perform other tasks and duties as necessary
Qualifications
  • Experience working in the healthcare insurance and/or healthcare industry preferred, but not required
  • Excellent customer service principles and practices
  • Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and work independently in an extremely fast paced, high pressure environment with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Excellent computer and data analytical skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years in a call center environment
  • Ability to learn and relay new information quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and adapt to a fast paced team oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a diverse work group environment.
  • Basic MS Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive)
  • Flexibility with working hours, which may include hours outside of normal scheduled work hours
